Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Pink Lily finds, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached to be eligible for a return.
Start Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Choose your return method and download the prepaid shipping label provided; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final credit.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Store Credit
Once your return is delivered and inspected by our warehouse team, we will issue your Pink Lily store credit via email within 5-7 business days.
